National Nurses United welcomed Sen. Bernie Sanders’ new plan for achieving the dream of countless Americans for nearly a century – healthcare coverage for everyone.

When asked their opinion, nearly six in ten Americans — 58 percent — say they favor the idea of Medicare-for-all single payer system — including 34 percent who say they strongly favor it.

That’s according to a Kaiser Family Foundation poll released last month.
